Goals and Objectives of the ROMIRO Sports Association
Goals:
• Promotion of mountain tourism and mountaineering.
• Development of interest in active recreation, healthy lifestyle, and respect for nature.
• Training and skill development in hiking, climbing, mountain survival, and outdoor sports.
• Building a community of like-minded people for joint trips, experience exchange, and mutual support.
• Increasing mountain safety awareness: first aid, proper equipment use, and safety techniques.
• Exploration and development of new hiking and climbing routes.
• Environmental education: clean-up initiatives and ecosystem restoration in mountain regions.

Objectives:
• Organization of hikes, expeditions, competitions, trainings, and educational courses.
• Training beginners in survival, navigation, mountaineering, and gear handling.
• Cooperation with professional guides, rescuers, and instructors.
• Youth development: children’s camps and educational programs.
• Promoting responsible tourism culture and “Leave No Trace” principles.
• Infrastructure development: base camps, information boards, rest points.

In case of an accident during an organized mountaineering event (first level of insurance) or outside of it (second level of insurance), there is a procedure allowing you to exercise your rights under the insurance policy.

Roman Aldushin — licensed guide in Montenegro (License No. 1568), accredited “Forest Survival” program, certified first aid training, Via Ferrata guide, graduate of a Military Institute (RF), graduate of a Pedagogical University, 6 years of experience as a school teacher.
